3. Service Scope

AutoUGC.pro provides tools to create, manage, and publish short-form video content and related campaign workflows. Features may change over time, and some capabilities depend on third-party services.

4. User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, or configure in the service, including scripts, campaign inputs, product assets, and uploaded media.

You grant AutoUGC.pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, transform, and transmit your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service and to fulfill your requests.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and legal authority required for content you upload, generate, or publish.

5. AI-Generated Output

• Generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before use or publication.
• You are responsible for compliance with platform rules, advertising laws, disclosure obligations, intellectual property rights, and any other applicable regulations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use AutoUGC.pro to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt system integrity.
• Engage in fraud, impersonation, deceptive practices, or spam.
• Generate or publish unlawful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or exploitative content.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the service beyond permitted use.

7. Billing, Credits, and Payments

• Paid features require valid payment and sufficient credits.
• Credits are licensed for use within AutoUGC.pro and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• Unless required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable.
• You are responsible for taxes, duties, and similar charges associated with your purchases, except taxes based on our net income.
• We may update pricing and packages prospectively.

8. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third-party services, including payment providers and social media platforms. Third-party availability and rules may change at any time. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

AutoUGC.pro, including software, design, branding, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights explicitly granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved.

10. Suspension and Termination

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoUGC.pro and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AutoUGC.pro during the three months before the event giving rise to liability.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoUGC.pro and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the service or by email. Continued use of AutoUGC.pro after the updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
